Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, copyright in commissioned artwork and creative work remains with Pumayana Pty Ltd / Pumayana.

The client receives the usage rights specified for their project.

Personal commissions generally include personal-use rights only.

Commercial, promotional, publishing, merchandise or resale use may require a separate commercial licence.

Portfolio Use

Unless confidentiality has been agreed in writing, Pumayana may display completed commissioned work in portfolios, websites, social media, exhibitions or promotional material.

Personally identifying or sensitive information will not intentionally be published without appropriate permission.

5. Copyright, Personal Use & Licensing

All original content associated with Luminaya Portal and Pumayana is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.
